It is common to have flare up of prostate infection (Prostatitis)
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query and writing again .
The pain in testicle and burning urination are known to occur due to flare up of infection of prostate (Prostatitis) which itself takes long time to get cured completely second common cause being concentrated urine that happens in summer .
Take anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily for few days and urine alkalizer like Citralka thrice daily ..It is bound to get resolved.
Ensure to drink more water This will help you to reduce dysuria and pain in testicles
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you

I having drinking at least 6-7 liters in a day. Is there any specific reason or food can elevate an infection?
As you might have noticed my journey with this infection has started around 5 months ago. when do you think, i can have an XXXXXXX from this.
I think you aware of my small kidney stone of 3 mm and enlarged prostate of 33 cc. would that can add severity to this problem? Thanks so much for your time and help.
Take medicines suggested along with medicines that you are taking
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
There is no specific reason why it flares up repeatedly .
It is very difficult to predict how long it will take to get cured completely .
Small stone of a size of 3 mm and mild enlargement of prostate will not have any impact on your existing problem .
Thanks and Regards.
