* I suggest you to follow certain simple steps & later at convenience take time
for Ultrasound.
- take small amount of food at regular intervals
- chew your food thoroughly
- fix timing of breakfast, lunch , dinner
- avoid prolong fasting / overeating
- avoid sleeping for atleast 2 hours after meals
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages / cheese / pastas / high
caloric contents
- avoid sudden jerky movements involving that part
- have balanced diet to get smooth bowel evacuations
