What Causes Pain In The Wrists?

Question: I have terrible pain in both of my wrist and have felt a pulling and pop and a little swelling in my right hand which is were this started then my left hand/wrist started doing the same thing. I have a little bump that popped up on the joint of my third finger of my right hand.. It doesn't hurt but bulges out a little and feels a little meduim hard.

Teno-synovitis means inflammation of the sheaths of tendons.
Polyarthritis means involvement of joints.

Surely, Ibuprofen is one good medication for such a problem; preferably taken after food and/or take a PPI like Omeprazole to avoid gastritis.

You may need further clinical evaluation, X-rays and teats of blood to determine the exact cause so that an appropriate further management can be done.
