Rule out chronic pharyngitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. If your throat examination and endoscopy is within normal limits, there is no cause for worry.
2. Routine medication will settle down this condition which is most likely to be a chronic pharyngitis.
3. A course of a broad spectrum antibiotic, anti allergic, anti inflammatory medication and medicated gargles should decrease the pain. Anti reflux medication may be added.
4. A routine haemogram and throat swab for culture and sensitivity testing is recommended.
5. Diet should be bland and keep yourself well hydrated.
6. Upload the test results .
