Brief Answer:
Can be due to post viral arthralgia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the legs that you are having after a history of fever can be due to post viral arthritis and myalgia. Such pains usually subside with an increased electrolyte rich fluid intake and vitamin D3 and calcium rich diet.
You can add fresh fruit juices, milk, bajra, ragi, etc in your diet. Do take the mild pain killers like paracetamol and muscle relaxants as and when required. You can also do a hot fomentation and apply a local analgesic gel in the painful areas. This pain is not worrisome and will subside in next few weeks with proper diet.
I hope this answers your query.
