Brief Answer:
needs further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I assume that the breast cancer was on right side. In that case, these symptoms need further evaluation. These may be due to nerve involvement, either due to recurrence of cancer, or some other unrelated process, like injury.
You should get yourself examined by your oncologist. I would recommend at least an ultrasound of axilla, MRI of brachial plexus (nerves supplying upper limb) and nerve conduction tests. Most likely, these would clinch the diagnosis.
Hope this helps.

What treatment should i rxpect if it is a recurrance of my cancer
Brief Answer:
should wait for the evaluation first
Detailed Answer:
We should definitely rule out recurrence but these symptoms do not themselves confirm recurrence. So I would like to wait till the results come.
In case there is recurrence, the therapy will depend on the extent of disease and previous treatment received. Radiation and chemo and/or some other hormonal therapy are usually given for recurrence.
