Brief Answer:
Cervical radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
In my opinion ,your pain ,numbness and tingling on your right upper limb is due to pressure on one of the nerves in neck , we call radiculopathy. The pressure , in your case is most likely to be because of cervical spondylosis( can be confirmed with X rays). The pain on Left side could be due to muscle spasm.
You should start pain killers ,muscle relaxants , pregabalin, and physiotherapy( including isometric neck exercises)
