Brief Answer:
Antibiotic and supportive medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and proper history.

As per the history you have provided this looks to be colitis or enteritis , causing the symptoms of stomach cramps in the left side, bloating and water gushing through (twice since yesterday) but no stools. Took 2 Tylenol, 2 Aspirin and applied hot water bottle.

I would advise you the following:
I hope you have no diabetes or any other medical disorder as you have not mentioned.
It would be worth taking an antibiotic, probiotic, antispasmodic like Dicyclomin or whichever would be available at your place, maintaining hydration properly by taking adequate liquids.
If this does not help please visit a Doctor to get examined the abdomen clinically, palpate for any fecoliths, see for the vitals, X-ray of the abdomen if required, get appropriate antibiotics and other medications.

I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free to ask for further relevant questions if need be or if you feel there is a gap-of-communication.

Wishing you early recovery.
With Regards.
