Brief Answer:
You should go to ER to exclude life threatening surgical emergencies...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Based on your history and symptoms, my opinion is that you should go to ER to exclude bowel obstruction or other lifethreatening surgery emergencies.

Your symptoms are suggestive for :
- Bowel obstruction. Since you have a positive history for obstruction it may develop again and is the first thing to be ruled out in your case.
- Acute apendicitis
- Severe constipation
- urinary infection

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations:
- blood work including liver and pancreatic enzymes
- urinalysis
- abdominal ultrasound
- bowel x ray

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
