What Causes Pain On The Calf Bone?

Question: hello doctor, after jogging/running, main bone on foreleg is paining (not muscle pain). could you please let me know how to overcome this pain? thanks in advanc

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
According to the history you are telling it seems that you are having stress pain . Its very common to have such pain after over exercising or when your body is not accomodated to amount of exercise you are doing. Generally it goes away if you take rest but can stay upto 3-4 days. You are advised not to do jogging for 1-2 days . You can aslo take pain killer like paracetamol 500 mg once daily or twice as you need. And then start exercising gradually after the pain settles.
