Question: I was diagnosed with retrolithesis at L-2 (10.2 mm) and L-3 (6.4 mm). The pain is off the charts. Pain radiates down the leg to knee. Is surgery possible?

How significant is the retrolithesis? I also have DJD and osteoarthritis. The disc in this area is narely visible. My doc says the L2,L3 region is too unstable for surgery. What about chiropractic care? Thanks!
