Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

I have gone through your clinical history, MRI report and medication details. If you would have presented to me as an outpatient, then I would have given the following explanation to you-

Your right back pain, and right shoulder pain radiating to arm is due to the nerve radicles compression at cervical(C4-C5,C5-C6 and C6-C7) and lumbar spine(L3-L4) levels.Though it is mentioned in the report that nerve root compression is more on left side at C5-C6 level, but radicular compression at other cervical levels is not mentioned. Please upload the MRI images or MRI CD(can be uploaded on google drive) so that I can can make a better impression and advise accordingly.

My therapeutic suggestions-
Please learn and regularly do XXXXXXX spinal extension exercises for disc herniation. An expert physiotherapist may help you in teaching exercises.

Continue-
Pregabalin 75 M twice a day with Robinexol three times a day.
Along with, Tab.Naproxen 500 mg twice a day for 7 days should be of help.

PLEASE TAKE ALL MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE.

If this treatment strategy does not help you, please follow-up in this thread.

I hope I have answered your query. If you have follow-up queries,I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review.
