What Causes Pain Throughout Left Hamstring Along With Purple Bruising After Injury?

Question: Hi, I fell flat onto my buttocks on Friday night (so 4 days ago.) I have since had pain throughout my left hamstring, decreased range of motion, difficulty walking. I've been icing and elevating my leg. Just tonight I realized for the first time that a huge purple bruise Appeared on my inner/upper thigh, as well as several smaller bruises. The pain has not diminished despite a daily 400 mg dose of Celebrex. I am also beginning to feel a tingling in my toes. I did see my physical therapist in Monday. She felt that this was just a severe hamstring strain, although there was no bruising at the time. I was unable to get an appointment with my orthopedist, but am hoping to tomorrow. Do you think it can wait til then, or should I go to the emergency room?
