Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for your information.
Yes, fourderm contains steroid, antibiotic and antifungal like betamethasone, gentamycin and tolnaftate. It is topical potent steroid cream which absorbs into skin and mucous membrane which may cause skin atrophy if you use it often. It will not enter into your body. It is used for skin inflammation and lesions.
I cannot say you to use this cream without clinical examination. If your doctor prescribed it earlier, might be have found skin inflammation.
Pain during urination may be urinary tract infection or vaginal infection or urinary stone and sometimes may be due to dehydration.
I suggest you drink plenty of water and Ibuprofen 200 mg for pain.
Wash the affected area with lukewarm water or seitz bath ( take warm water in tub, add some salt and sit in tub for 15 minutes).
Meanwhile I suggest you apply local anesthetic gel like lignocaine or 2% xylocaine gel.
If pain persists after 24 hours then I suggest you get complete urine examination and culture and sensitivity done to rule out infection.
Do not use potent steroids without knowing exact cause.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
