Brief Answer:
Supportive care and diet lifestyle changes.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. What is not causing the problem ( eating or drinking) is actually causing the problem. Burping indicates GERD and diet and lifestyle carelessness can lead to increased GI symptoms as well as too much saliva or like some thing stuck in throat with always a need to clear it. Repeated allergies may also be connected to it and may be a separate entity as allergies on their own are common and versatile. Sneeze can be followed by some pain for a while so no worries.

All you need is supportive and symptomatic care for airways allergies and focus on acid reflux thats causing burping. Losing weight, eating small frequent meals. regular exercises, delaying lying down after meals, keeping the head side of the bed elevated for at least 8 inches, avoiding triggers like spicy foods, processed & canned foods, alcohol, soda, beverages, overeating, chocolates, sauces, fatty foods, fairy products etc will help. Talk to your doctor and let them decide what is best for you.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
