Brief Answer:
Can be due to injury.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Black and blue coloration in the shoulder area is suggestive of an internal bleeding and hematoma formation. This can be due to an injury in the area. This needs rest detect examination and investigations like X-ray and MRI scan to detect the extent of injury.
You can take a mild pain killer till then.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to warfarin.

if there is no history of injury then it can be due to high doses of warfarin. DO consult your physician to decrease the doses and to rule out other blood disorders.
