What Causes Painful Bowel Movement, Slight Bleeding Near Genitals After Anal Sex?

Question: I had anal sex a couple of months ago and have experienced some level of discomfort ever since. It is not as painful now however when I have a bowel movement, but sometimes after I wipe there is bright red blood. There is no pain and the blood does not appear to be in the stool. The blood is not always there. Sometimes, not as of late, a fishy smell unrelated to the stool. I was tested for std/hiv and all tests came back negative.
Brief Answer:
Looks small hemorrhoid
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If its fresh and intermittent minimal blood after stools, then possibility of fissure or a small haemorrhoid is quite certain.Doctor can confirm it by having a look at it anal opening. In early stages most cases can be managed by medications.
Its difficult really to pinpoint cause of fishy smell, but urine and stool infections are known to cause such smells. So get a precautionary stool and urine analysis done.
Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
