Brief Answer:
Verruca Plana

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Clinical picture posted by you is more in favour of verruca plana in my opinion. It is also known as flat wart and caused by human papilloma virus. These are are smooth, flat-topped, yellow-brown, pink, or flesh-colored papules.
The lesion present over ear is secondarily infected probably due to scratching.

This condition is not a serious problem. However I will recommend that you see a dermatologist and get it treated as it can spread via autoinoculation. The treatment includes local application of 5% imiquad or electrofulguration. Your treating doctor will know about it.

Hope this is helpful.
Thanks.
