What Causes Painful Intercourse In A 64 Year Old Woman?
Question: I am postmenopausal, 64 yrs old, and cannot have intercourse because of pain. Cannot take estroven bc of breast cancer 7 years ago. It feels like my insides are falling out and that particular tissue is what is so painful. Ideas?

Yes, I already understand about vaginal dryness. But I think this is something additional to that because, as I said, it feels like my insides are coming out. Could it be a prolapsed uterus? Thank you.
