Brief Answer:
Medicines and physiotherapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of pinched nerves most often due to degenerated discs.
You get good relief with a combination of a NSAID like Ibuprofen, a muscle relaxant and Gabapentin in addition to physiotherapy.
