Question: It's been 3 months since my left tube removal due to ruptured ectopic. I am experiencing pain on left side ever since I had my laproscopic surgery and it becomes unbearable during periods . I got ultrasound done twice and reports are clear for the left side .What could be the reason for the pain ? I am taking Meftal 500 mefanamic acid pain killer to reduce the pain .

Brief Answer:
treatment advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, most probably there is inflammation post surgery.
Take tablet doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for 7 days and tablet lyser D thrice a day for 5 days and a multivitamin for at least 3 months.
It will subside soon.
Take a lot of water and high fiber diet.
All the best.
