What Causes Painful Pimples Around Penis?

Question: I have this pimples around my penis ,actully between hairs ,at first i had only one pimple but later increased now they are many ,its been 2,3 weeks ,they are not painful at all ,but i am worried about it ,i dont know what to do ,i hope you can help me ,write any medicine !

I have seen the attached pics also. Thanks for the same. You have having GENITAL MOLLUSCUM CONTAGIOSUM. It is due to viral infection. They have very high tendency to spread over the body parts. These are communicable that is can be transmitted from person to person in contact or through fomites. The best treatment modality for the treatment is the removal of the molluscum bodies by needle extipation by a dermatologist. Other less favored modalities are TCA application, KOH application, topical imiquimod or podowart application under supervision. I usually advice my patients to get VDRL and HIV test in case of genital molluscum to rule out associated Sexually transmitted diseases. Brief Answer: Detail follows Detailed Answer: As per my opinion, removal of the entire lesion by needle extirpation is best option. But in case you do not want to visit a doctor, you may apply imiquimod cream alternate day over the lesions. There is no oral medication for molluscum contagiosum. I hope it helps. Good luck.

How about tretinon cream will it help ?

Brief Answer: tretinoin cream won't help Detailed Answer: Tretinoin cream peels off the skin superficially only but it won't help in treating your lesions.
