What Causes Painful Red Rash Spots On Inner Thighs?
Question: I have a couple red rash spots on my inner thigh that are irritating ans slightly painful. There are white spots on them like chafing. I had bad external hemmoroids last week and was conatantly treating it with garlic, witch XXXXXXX etc. once leaving fresh garlic and witch XXXXXXX pad between legs overnight. Any ideas of what this could be? I have no painful urination or feel any feeling of painful inginual lymph nodes

I am so sorry to hear about this rash that you have reported. Looking at all the information you have provided, I am convinced that irritation from the garlic and XXXXXXX pad you put overnight is responsible for this irritation and onset of symptoms.
I will recommend that you step up your personal hygiene. Cleanse this area at least twice a day with an antiseptic like Iodine, keep it dry, airy and free from moisture as these may cause maceration, increase risk of infection by other germs and delay healing.
For now, stay calm and be relaxed. It would all be fine be regular disinfection and hygiene. Update me within 72hours on the progress of this. Also, is the hemorrhoid resolved?

Ok thank you, also my hemmorhoid has subsided greatly as it was very painful. Should I resist trying to squeeze the puss out of those little bumps? It seems as though they are filled with puss from the picture I took. I will follow up in 72 hours as well.
