Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

This sounds very suspicious for a possible herpes zoster or shingles infection. when the symptoms are noticed on the face and particularly close to the eye it is something that we want to have a Valleywood as soon as possible.

The vaccine is effective but it is still possible that you might come down with an infection nonetheless. Please see your local physician as soon as possible for evaluation. You may need antiviral medication and possibly a consultation with an ophthalmologist.

thank you again for sending your question.
