Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I can understand your concerns.
There are so many causes of nipple pain at your age including breast cancer.
But before giving my opinion about it I want to ask a few questions from you.
For how long it is there?
Is there any nipple discharge, skin changes and color changes?
Whether nipple is retracted or not?
Are you able to feel any lump?
Are you having fever or lymph node enlargement?
Please revert back to me with my answer.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

Brief Answer:
It can be due to infection and irritation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am,
Sorry for the long delay in my response.
I have gone through your symptoms and in my opinion it can be due to irritation cause by clothes or stimulation.
To avoid this you should support your breast and avoid irritation and stimulation.
As you are not having any lump, discharge and skin changes the chances of breast cancer is very low.
It can be due to hormonal changes also due to high level of estrogen is there.
At the site of redness you can apply vaselline, lidocaine or hydrocirtisone 1%.
If problem persists and associated with other symptoms than you should consult your Gynecologist and get yourself examined.
Mammography is advisable at your age in routine investigation.
Hope it is useful.
Good luck.
Regards
