Brief Answer:
Could be sarcoma

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

According to your history it appears the swelling could be a sarcoma arising from fat cells or muscle.

Since its size is more I suggest you to consult a surgeon and get examined the swelling and if needed needle biopsy done to confirm.

Sarcoma is cancer arising from muscle or fat cells. I am suspecting it because of your age and also the size of the swelling.

But if you had a trauma to the site then the diagnosis goes in favor of haematoma (collection of blood) . That also needs to be examined.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Dr Deepika Patil
