Brief Answer:
Could you attach the blood reports
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Noted that you had many normal blood works. But did that include a thyroid function test? Lithium is known to cause thyroid dysfunction. Could you attach the reports of your blood works if possible?

Brief Answer:
Not pregnant
Detailed Answer:
If the blood and urine tests show that you are not pregnant, then pregnancy is unlikely. Do not worry. Most of your problems like feet swelling, tiredness, exhaustion etc could be due to weight gain itself. Even the high ALT could be due to fatty liver associated with obesity.
Even though lithium level are normal, it still can cause thyroid dysfunction. However, as your thyroid blood works are normal, not to worry.
You seems to be very anxious. Need to find ways to control it. Anxiety and depression contribute to weight gain significantly.
