In my opinion i think it may take time up to 6 to 8 months to walk without using a standing support .
usually physiotherapy and chiropractors have a main role helping patients achieve a desired level of self dependence . hip joints is one of the most important and biggest joints of the body . it is the most weight bearing joint for dependent standing and walking . also it makes a common origin and muscular insertion of a lot of muscles that need time to heel back and accommodate with the synthetic new one .
Avoid high cholesterol meals and try to lower your boody weight as much as possible which is very effective to allow your muscles to withstand your body while healing calcium and B12 supplementation are helpful for your postmenopausal osteoporosis and your neuropathic pain . painkillers like advil tab when needed , muscle relaxants , steroid injections are effective for most of cases
Avoid heavy lifting , vigorous movements ,overweight , always use a support and have a nurse to help you in your daily activities .
