Brief Answer:
Considerations.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for the query.

Your symptoms sound very suspicious for a urinary tract infection. A UTI will typically cause urinary frequency and urgency with urge to urinate many times an hour in some cases. Sometimes fever may occur also.

I recommend you contact your primary doctor to review your symptoms. He may order a urinalysis and culture and consider starting you on an antibiotic to treat the possible UTI.

I do not think this is related to the chest pain symptoms.

Sincerely,

Dr Galamaga
