Question: Hello i recently asked about painful urination and a chalky substance in my urine. A couple days later i just had 15 minutes of pain in my lower right back.

These symptoms indicate urinary tract infection and requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.

I have std panel tests coming back tomorrow can i wait to see a doctor till after i get my results tomorrow?

Along with the STD panel tests few test like urine for culture and sensitivity, urine microscopy are required for diagnosis of urinary tract infection.
