What Causes Painless Bump On Tip Of Penis?

Question: Okay so I have this really tiny, skin colored, painless bump on the tip of my penis. I have had unprotected sex a couple months ago, so being concerned I made an appointment with my doctor who then visually inspected the bump. He proclaimed the bump wasn't an std and I'm almost positive it isn't. No pain when I urinate or no irritation. It feels kind of rough and is hardly noticeable when flaccid, but when erect its noticeable. I'm only concerned because im waiting to have intercourse with my girlfriend but im nervous to tell her about it even though it isn't an std. I have a picture if necessary.

Here is the picture thank you!!!
Brief Answer:
Please, can you send a non magnified image!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the picture. I am glad you succeeded in doing so.
I have reviewed the image fully. Unfortunately, this picture is magnified and distorts the interpretation. I will suggest that you provide another image for inspection and interpretation.
I have seen the lesion. It is fleshy and poses no acute threat to life. It is not an emergency at this time but I would work on this with you to get the necessary answers and propose a plan to address this.
I hope to hear from you and should respond sooner than now.
