What Causes Pale And Foul Smelling Stool In A Baby?

Question: Hi, worried about baby. Attached is a picture of the pale colored stools he been having for about 5 days.

I saw the picture of your son's stool.It is OK.You haven't provided complete information.. Like associated symptoms.. Whether it is foul smelling, frequency, fever,pain in abdomen,activity,appetite change.Then I can comment on it

He is not in pain at all...very happy baby. Just worried because his stools have bits of white in them and sometimes look more on the greyish side. Thank you! He still has a great appetite. I was just worried that it could mean liver issues?

Doesn't look like.In liver problem stool becomes totally white.Just wait for a couple of days.It will become normal

Foul smelling motion is seen mostly in infection. In such cases we give oral antibiotic.Such type of motion usually respond in a couple of days
