What Causes Palpable Lumps In The Axilla, Neck And Groin Area?

Cause of lymph node enlargement needs to be known. first of all.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The palpable lumps in axilla, neck and groin needs to be investigated.
I suggest you to consult your physician and get an aspiration / FNA to rule out a possibility of lymphoma.
A normal blood count rules out possibility of any blood neoplasm.
Muscle, joint pain, achy legs and back pain are non-specific symptoms and can occur due to many causes like trauma, anemia, musculoskeletal pain, dietary deficiency etc.
Again a clinical assessment is required.
Itching in legs is again a non-specific symptoms, can occur due to dry skin, skin infection, metabolic disorder etc.
Accompanying rash suggests a primary skin disorder.
None of the symptoms are specific for lymphoma.
Aspiration of the enlarged lymph nodes is required to know the cause of lymph node enlargement.
Thanks and take care

Physical examination is mandatory to look for presence of lymph nodes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Some lymph node may be palpable, however, I suggest you to consult a physician for general physical examination to look for any enlarged lymph node.
Itching on feet and legs can be due to yeast infection. You have mentioned that you suffer from recurrent yeast infection.
The itchy sites need to be examined by a dermatologist / physician to confirm or rule out yeast infection. In case there is evidence of yeast infection, it can be treated with anti-fungals.
Bruising can occur due to low platelets, disorder of coagulation system or disorder of vessel wall.
You have mentioned that your blood test is normal. This rules out disorder of platelets.
The coagulation system can be assessed by getting a Prothrombin time and activated thromboplastin time.
Recurrent yeast infection and development of verrucae needs to be investigated.
First of all it is important to confirm these two lesions before any treatment or the underlying cause can be found out.
Thanks and take care
