What Causes Palpitations And Increased Heart Rate?
Question: Hi Doctor,
I had undergone through angioplasty around 5 years back.Within 6 months, my gaabladder was also removed.
Some times I get a problem of palpitations, increased heart rate etc. As per my observation this problem occurs when gases are trapped somewhere inside the stomach.
My cardiologist has thoroughly examined me and nothing related to heart is found.
As per him, this could be a problem due to acidity/ gases.
Is it advisable to go far treatment with proper dosage of Pankreoflat tablets,?

Brief Answer:
Pancreoflat tablets are advisable in your case.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.
I understand your query and concern.
Many of your gut symptoms are related to trapped gases and indigestion post removal of gall bladder .
Coronary angioplasty has nothing to do with it.
Cardiac aliments can be comfortably ruled out after sufficient investigation profile.
Hence its absolutely safe to use pancreatic enzyme supplementation like Pancreoflat tablets to tide over the symptoms.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
