What Causes Pancreatic Attacks?

Many causes
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The most common causes of pancreatitis are alcohol abuse and gallstones. If neither of those apply to you then there is something else that is irritating the pancreas. Some medications like Hydrochlorothiazide can cause pancreatitis and some people just get some irritation to the pancreas for unknown reasons. In any case you need to really be careful about eating foods with a lot of fat in them and you may need pancreatic enzyme replacements to help you with digestion. I have reviewed the brochure that you included and although many of the things in it are true, the foods they mention do not really kill your gut. For example many people drink tap water and have no digestive problems at all. However, each person is different so if you find foods that set off your pancreatitis then definiely avoid them.
