What Causes Panic Attack And Hot Tingling Sensation Across Chest?
Thanks
Unlikely to be due to angina...
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are concerned about your recent symptoms and are wondering whether this could be a sign of angina.
You have mentioned that you experienced all the typical symptoms of a panic attack and had this additional hot tingling sensation across your chest. In my opinion, this is likely to be part of the panic attack itself. Such sensations like tingling, hot flashes, etc. are well known to occur during panic attacks.
Panic attacks need not always occur in relation to stressful situations and can often occur 'out-of-the-blue'. So, you needn't get worried about the off-timing of the panic attack.
Since you have not had any chest pain as such and no other typical symptoms of angina, it is unlikely that it could be due to angina. However, this is only a clinical opinion and to be 100 % sure, this needs confirmation with an ECG.
In my opinion, if that sensation lasted only for a very short duration and you are feeling okay now, then I would advise you to just wait and watch as of now. In case it recurrs or you develop any new symptoms typical of angina, then you need to get an ECG done to rule out angina.
Wish you all the best.

Such symptoms unusual in panic attacks
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Usually, people who experience a panic attack feel completely alright within a short time after the attack, though some people can experience some lingering anxiety (known as 'anticipatory anxiety'). It is unusual to have extreme tiredness and fatigue even the following day of the attack. So, if this is persisting, then I would suggest that you get yourself checked by a doctor, to rule out any serious problems.
