Panic attack!

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Firstly thanks for choosing health care magic for your query!

The problem you are having is called Panic attack.Panic attacks are sudden periods of intense fear that may include palpitations, sweating, shaking, shortness of breath, numbness, or a feeling that something bad is going to happen.
Panic attacks can occur due to number of disorders including panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, drug use, depression, and medical problems. The treatment of panic attacks can be done after finding the cause of panic attacks.Once the cause of panic attacks are ruled out,Underlying cause will be treated.Panic disorder can be effectively treated with a variety of interventions, including psychological therapies and medication with the strongest and most consistent evidence indicating that cognitive behavioral therapy has the most complete and longest duration of effect, followed by specific selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
So i would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and to undergo the tests suggested by him.
Thanks

Details below!

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
The normal duration of a panic attack is 30 minutes to 2 hours,Most of the symptoms of cardiac problem and panic attacks are overlapping hence detailed investigations are required to rule out he cause.Diabetic ketoacidosis occurs in a diabetic person and you have not mentioned any diabetic history.
Hence initially consult a psychiatrist if every thing is normal from his side then go for cardiology check ups.
