Brief Answer:
This could be childhood onset anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for asking from HCM

It's not very common to have panic attacks in a 14 years old female. But in childhood onset panic disorder panic might be seen. But before making diagnosis we should rule out medical causes.

Hyperthyroidism, vitamin B12 deficiency or any cardiac cause should be ruled out. She is showing symptoms like headache, blurred vision etc and should be evaluated. Please consult a psychiatrist to rule out these conditions and to make proper diagnosis.

Thanks, hope this helps you please don't hesitate to ask again for more information.
