Brief Answer:
Probably partial rectal prolapse

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing to consult with myself and share the photographs. In my opinion what you have is a partial rectal prolapse. If it were a FULL prolapse you would see what would amount to a cylindrically shaped and much larger protrusion from the anus that would likely FRIGHTEN you enough to go to an ER! No kidding....but it certainly doesn't look like a cancerous or malignant growth and as far as hemorrhoids are concerned there MAY be one present in one of the shots that I can see which is darker in coloration than the brightly red colored red material but that's not 100%....if you have bright red bleeding that you've seen either in the toilet bowl or on the toilet paper then, you've likely got hemorrhoids. If you haven't seen such a thing yet then, perhaps that little detail in the photo is just a part of the prolapse which just doesn't appear quite as beefy red as the rest.

Just a few quick points on rectal prolapse:

It's usually caused by weakening of the ligaments and muscles that hold the rectum in place. In most people with a prolapsed rectum, the anal sphincter muscle is weak. Have you ever had seepage of feces when you thought you were holding it but it simply escaped out? That's an example of weakening of the anal sphincter and it comes on with age as well as lots of kids and then, aging...

The exact cause of this weakening of the rectal musculature and ligaments is unknown but there is a common association with any of the following conditions (do you have any of these things?):

Advanced age (doesn't appear from the pictures that you are ADVANCED in age...but you tell me).

Long-term constipation
Long-term diarrhea
Long-term straining during defecation
Pregnancy and the stresses of childbirth
Previous surgery in that area
Cystic fibrosis (that's a lung condition which I'm sure you would've told me you had if you had it....usually diagnosed in childhood and often times fatal by one's 30's although now we have good luck in getting those folks out to their 40's and 50's).
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-- are you a smoker?)
Whooping cough
Multiple sclerosis
Paralysis (Paraplegia)

Long-term hemorrhoidal disease is frequently associated with mucosal prolapse that does not progress to complete rectal prolapse.

Anyways, my impression is partial rectal prolapse with the possible presence of hemorrhoidal tissue present BUT let me advise you of this....if there is any history of CANCER in yourself or your family and you've got any hesitation at all of what's going on you really should be seen by someone who can visually inspect this area and possibly recommend some testing or biopsy tissue to be sure. Obviously, making a diagnosis of 100% accuracy on a network such as this by looking at pictures snapped by a patient is not the most foolproof way of capturing everything is to appreciate in a person's medical condition.

You should report for a medical examination to either a primary doctor or specialist if you have that ability to get a personal LOOK SEE.

I'd appreciate the favor of your providing a STAR RATING and some brief written feedback if your questions have been satisfactorily answered. In addition, CLOSING THE QUERY on your end will also be most helpful.
