no sex in 10 years no partner no itching no other symptoms I have had these for over a yr no urinary issues is it HPV from over 10 urs ago or just skin

In my opinion as you dont have any symptoms like pain ,itching there might be a possibility for
1).HPV (Human papilloma Virus) infection or
2)It might be just a variant of skin or
3)Any benign neoplasm.
Definitive diagnosis can be made only by biopsy of lesion or scrapings from lesion to rule out the above said causes.
My aim is not to make you tense but it is better to rule out the above said conditions.
So I would suggest you to consult a gynaecologist and get the examination done and test done.Also I would suggest you to get it done a pap smear to rule out any associated abnormality of cervix if caused by HPV.
Iam not diagnosing any condition dear but just giving you the information as similar features might be seen in this conditions.
