Question: I wash my penis with dettol hand wash and what happen next is peeling of my penis skin and it started turning yellow, it doesn't itch or pain. What should I do next?

Hello, thanks for writing to healthcare magic.I can understand your concern.

In my opinion probably you are having allergy to dettol hand wash.This is known as contact dermatitis.

Chemicals in hand wash irritated the skin leading to peeling of skin and yellow discoloration.

If possible please upload a photograph which will help in better diagnosis.

This condition will recover with time and you need not to worry much about it.

Wash affected area only with cold water .Avoid using soap and other disinfectants.

Avoid using latex and sexual activity till recovery.

You can apply hydrocortisone cream over affected area for faster recovery.
