![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: what could pelvic pressure and right side pelvic pain made worse by urinating be associated with? I had a hysterectomy and right ovary removed 10+ years ago.
Brief Answer:
Cause could be pelvic inflammatory disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
The cause of your pelvic pressure and pain could be pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Another cause could be dysfunction of the pelvic floor and hip muscles.
I would suggest getting this evaluated by an gynaecologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
