Whenever you have a bowel movement there would be a constant pressure or friction over the prostate. Accumulation or faecal bulk put a pressure on the prostate and its rubbing against the wall of canal causes stimulation of prostate. This can cause the semen to get secreted through the urethra and come out from penis.

It is not uncommonly to see constipated people experience this type of semen oozing or mild ejaculation during their bowel evacuation. Straining during defecation might cause some pressure over seminal vesicles and prostate,then semen might come out in a very small quantity. So,this is not a abnormal problem unless you have some genitourinary complaints or issue.

So,i don't think so it would be some problematic,if you repeatedly face this then you can consult urologist for further examination.
