What Causes Peri-oral Lesion And Pigmentary Dermatitis Of The Neck?

Question: Hello! I had a child a little over 4 years ago and during the pregnancy i had severe redness and somewhat itching/burning around my mouth and nose area. My ob/gyn told be it was just hormones and that it would eventually go away. Shortly after the birth i had the Mirena IUD implanted as a contraceptive. The redness and light itching/burning comes and goes, and i have not been able to conclude a definite cause of this. I did some research and found that it could be Perioral Dermatitis, but seeing as i currently have no healthcare, seeing a dermatoligist would be far too costly. Over the last few months i've seen Dark Neck start to appear around my neck and hairline. There are dark dry patches on my neck that i've been trying to cure naturally but cannot seem to control properly. I was just wondering if my unruly skin was caused by my contraceptive or if there is a larger underlying issue.
Thank you for your time with this matter.
Brief Answer:
Possibilty of Vitamin B complex deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
From the description of peri-oral lesion and pigmentary dermatitis of the neck, it could possibly be Vitamin B6 deficiency causing such symptoms. Peri-oral redness or also known as Angular Stomatitis is also possibly related to Vitamin B deficiency.
It would be helpful if you could provide me with clinical photograph, so that I am able to assist you further.

Thank you for your opinion.
Would i have any other symptoms if it were to be a vitamin B deficiency?
I also have this redness in between my breasts.
I've attached 3 photos for your review.
Brief Answer:
Possibility of Eczema
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms
I discussed your case with my Dermatology colleague and she is of the following opinion
1. Possibility of Eczema: The lesion around are mouth are more likely to be eczema which is due to sometimes allergy to foods consumed.
2. Seborrhoeic Dermatitis: Lesion of the back of neck and breast appear more likely to be due to seborrhoeic dermatitis which may or may not be associated with seborrhoeic dermatitis of the scalp.
I would advise you local application Of combination of Mometasone( Mild steroid) and Miconazole( anti-fungal). Also once a week local application Of Ketoconazole based shampoo (Nizral J&J) to scalp will also be beneficial.
Do write to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Take Care
Best Regards
Dr T Shobha
