What Causes Periodic Dizziness, Dull Headaches And Nasal Drips?
Question: My 43 year old son is experiencing periodic dizziness, dull headache, nasal drip of clear fluid, slight pressure in the forehead between the eyes. The symptoms came on suddenly on Saturday and have improved some but are not completely gone. He also feels sudden total body tingling and a flush sensation. The most recent experience of the flushing was when he recently went to lie. He has no significant medical history. He thought it might be dehydration as fluid intake has been low and he has been consuming 4-5 cups of coffee daily.
Brief Answer:
Seems like Sinus Congestion.

Thanks for posting your query.
Your son's symptoms are pretty much suggestive of Sinusitis . It can happen due to Viral/Bacterial infection or due to allergy.
My recommendation is to take Steam inhalation ( if possible add Eucalyptus oil ) 3-4 times a day, drink hot water , avoid cold drinks, cold food and avoid citrus fruits. You can also use nasal decongestant medications like Allercet-Dc .
The flushing sensation is due to excess intake of coffee , it will go off just let him reduce coffee intake.
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
