Brief Answer:
Probably a functional problem of the intestines!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed this information fully and this is suggestive of a possible functional problem with the motility of your intestines. This is often without any underlying disease condition and dietary measures and regular exercises are very helpful in regularizing these symptoms. For this, I will suggest that try to keep a diary of symptoms and food intake so as to match what food types may be responsible for most of these symptoms. When this is analysed, we can then make changes on what to eliminate or reduce in order to address this.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
Mostly seafoods and dairy products.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Seafoods and dairy products are the most common causes of food intolerance. However, they differ from one person to another and keeping a dairy of what is eaten is necessary to match symptoms with probable food types eaten.

I hope this helps. Keep me posted about this!
