Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
You probably have a respiratory infection which may be viral or bacterial. There is a diurnal variation in temperature and your temperature would be higher in the evenings than in the morning.
If you have yellow, green or rust colored sputum, you may be having a bacterial infection and you would require an antibiotic . If the sputum is clear and watery, you are more likely to have a viral infection and symptomatic treatment with paracetamol, cough syrup and antihistamines may be sufficient.
Make sure you consume plenty of fluids and healthy, wholesome food.
