What Causes Persistent Chronic Diarrhea?

Question: For about 4 months I have chronic diarrhea. It used to happen after I ate anything high fiber. After reducing fiber, there was. An improvement, but I am still experiencing it, usually after I eat. I've tried Kaopectate, but. It doesn't control it.

I do understand your concern

"As" per your clinical history is concerned the exact cause of diarrhea should be evaluated by your gastroenterologist and for it few investigations are required like-

1)Stool examination

2)Capsule endoscopy

You can do few thing may help -

1)Try to avoid certain foods like this[Barley, Bulgar, Durum, Farina, XXXXXXX flour, Malt, Rye, Semolina, Spelt,etcl and tell your nutritional expert to make a diet plan without these.

2)Do take a multivitamin which contains [Calcium, Folate, Iron, Vitamin B-12,Vitamin D, Vitamin K & Zinc]

3)You can drink Aloe Vera Juice for 2 weeks and it has natural anti-inflammatory agent helps soothe the irritation in the digestive system or you can drink 3 cups of ginger tea daily.

4)You can take a probiotic supplement as well as digestive enzymes after each meal.
