Brief Answer:
Give only symptomatic treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and understand the concern.

Since cold is a viral infection or could be allergic sometimes, children generally get easily caught by cold,so there is no need to worry much. You should give only symptomatic treatment to get relief from symptoms.

If there is no fever and your daughter has only severe cold, then you may continue with teczine syrup (levocetrizine,a antohostamine) 4ml once daily.

If she is having dry cough without mucus/phelgm then there is no use of giving Asthlain syrup since it is bronchodilator and only useful when there is cough with expectorants.

Cold with or without runny nose symptom is NOT the indication of giving bronchodilators like asthalin.

Or if child develops cough with mucus later on then you can give that three times till the mucus stops because the effect of asthalin lasts for only 5 to 6 hours and it may need to use again for symptomatic relief.

However, there is no issue to give coscopin pediatric syrup but set a different time schedule to give coscopin since it also contains chlorpheniramine,an antihistamine like teczine syrup.

Try to give your daughter only warm fluids to drink with warm water and warm milk.

Daily two to three times steam inhalation would also be helpful from the relief severe cold symptoms.

We may expect to see improvement from the cold symptoms within 2 to 3 days with above symptomatic treatment.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have more question.
