Brief Answer:
Complete the antibiotic course.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
The blockade associated with ear infection usually takes 7 to 10 days to comedown.
I recommend the following.
1) Complete the antibiotic course.
2) Oral decongestant like tablet levocetrizine with phenylephrine.
3) Avoid refrigerated food and chilled liquids.
4) Avoid smoking. If you don't have this habit, kindly ignore this suggestion.
5) If you have pain, take tablet paracetamol.
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
